Return and Refund Policy

We have 50-days return policy, which means you have 50 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Before applying for a return, please ensure that the product in your possession does not affect resale. Packaging may be opened or replaced, but the product must not have visible scratches on the surface and must be in fully functional condition.

In addition, due to the high cost of international logistics, if there are no obvious defects in the product itself and the customer wants to return the product for subjective reasons, the customer needs to bear the return shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that for our small-batch custom products, the minimum order quantity is 100 units. Once the order is confirmed, custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable

Additionally, due to the high cost of international shipping, in order to combat malicious orders and protect fair transactions, for orders with amounts exceeding $1200, we only support unconditional refunds within 12 hours if there are no obvious quality issues with the product. If it exceeds 12 hours and the goods have not been shipped, we will charge a 5% fee on the order amount. If the goods have been shipped, we will charge a 17% fee on the order amount. Additionally, any logistics costs incurred for returns will be borne by the customer.
